A voice from Guildford.
Zachary Mason (real name Daniel Macintyre) is a UK-based singer-songwriter living in Guildford, Surrey. He began recording in March 2021 with a gifted recording kit — and hasn't stopped since, producing well over 200 demos across styles that drift from acoustic folk to glam rock.
His debut single "Special People" arrived in July 2023. Since then, he's charted on indie radio, been featured in SPIN Magazine, Rolling Stone en Español and The Big Takeover, and placed songs with sync supervisors in the US and Brazil. His latest single "Sweetheart" — a crashing, 80s-inflected rock track — features drummer Nate Barnes of Rose Hill Drive and bassist John Thomasson (Little Big Town, Grammy-winning credits).
